The items ordered on www.veerenmoon.com are delivered by PostNL from Monday to Saturday.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We are not responsible for PostNL's delivery times.

Delivery time starts as soon as Veer&Moon has received payment from the customer.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your payment. We work from Monday to Saturday and not on public holidays. So ordered on Monday is shipped on Wednesday, ordered on Tuesday is shipped on Thursday, ordered on Wednesday is shipped on Friday, ordered on Thursday is shipped on Monday (we aim to ship this on Friday) ordered on Friday is shipped on Tuesday. Customers outside the EU must note that import costs must be paid. These are borne by the customer.

If the customer refuses the order, any costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

What should I do if my order has not arrived or is damaged?
If you have opted for parcel post, you can email info@veerenmoon.com to provide your order number. We will then find out where your package has gone. You must do this within 45 days of shipment. Otherwise we can no longer report the loss to the carrier.

In the event of damage, we ask you to return the damaged shipment to us.
