Returns
Items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery.
A return must always be registered and sent digitally, otherwise the refund may be delayed.
The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition.
After 14 working days, Veer&Moon assumes that the customer has agreed to the order.
Shipping costs on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.
Veer&Moon is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of returns.
Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product depending on availability. Refunds for defective items will be made within 30 days of delivery.
